Nerf Elite 2.0 Shockwave RD-15 Blaster Review

Nerf Elite 2.0 Shockwave RD-15 Blaster

It’s the most wonderful Nerf of the year… Yes, I went there. So, while I normally focus on tech, well, things change. For the past week, I have been testing out the Nerf Elite 2.0 Shockwave RD-15 Blaster and all I have say is… just wow!

While I thoroughly loved sneaking up on the kids with my Nerf Fortnite Ts Micro shot, and vice versa, I loved how I could chase them around with fully-loaded pump-action 15-dart rotating drum. Imagine the mayhem! Yes, I’ll admit, I had the tables turned on me when my eldest got her hands on it, but I’m still a better shot as the Nerf Elite 2.0 Shockwave RD-15 reaches a range of up to 27-metres, which is pretty decent.

Don’t forget, we don’t get paid for this. So, please, pop us a little something via PayPal by clicking here.

What I also love about the Nerf Elite 2.0 Shockwave RD-15 is it has a fair amount of kick to it. While being hit by a dart is not entirely painful, some hits can be a little harder than others (which slightly sting). But, at the end of the day, it is all good fun.

Another highlight here is the fact that you can customise this baby by adding accessories to the 3 tactical rails, barrel attachment point, and stock attachment point. This allows for tons of customisation options for the hardcore users out there.

While the accessories are sold separately, the Nerf Elite 2.0 Shockwave RD-15 does come with 30 darts, which means you won’t be running out of ammo anytime soon.

Another highlight here is the Nerf Elite 2.0 Shockwave RD-15 is pretty light, which allows you to keep mobile without having to haul a heavy piece of kit around. It’s also insanely easy to reload, and fires as quickly as you do.

I was also really impressed with the build quality of the product. It can take a few knocks here and there; however, I would not recommend tossing it around as it would take on some cosmetic damage.

Conclusion:
With Christmas just around the corner, I would highly recommend picking up the Nerf Elite 2.0 Shockwave RD-15. In addition to this, why not grab a few other NERF products to spice up those family get-togethers over the holiday season?

Overall, the Nerf Elite 2.0 Shockwave RD-15 is a solid product and it’s a hell of a lot of fun to play with. Now, if you don’t me, I’m off to go shoot some super slow-motion videos of this baby in action.
